[Shipping cost]

Site-wide Free shipping.

Generally, we process orders within 2-3 days. Logistics time 7~14 business days.
Please allow up to 15 business days, depending on the time of purchase and your delivery address.

During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.

[Expedited package]

Before receiving your expedited request, we will process the order in normal order. If you need to change to a faster logistics method. You can contact us. We will calculate the shipping cost for you and charge the expedited shipping cost

[Shipping method]

For some regular-size (not overweight packages), such as hand grips, screw accessories, lights, and light covers, we usually use 4PX, USPS, UPS, or other logistics methods.
For some large products (overweight, overlong), such as crash bars, handlebars, exhaust pipes, and windshields, we usually use FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.

Please note: In some cases, we will split your order into separate packages, especially if you order a bunch of items from us.

[Ship from]

All orders are dispatched from China/US/Europe/GB. This depends on your order address and which warehouse the product is in.

For example, if your order address is in Germany, we will give priority to shipping from the German warehouse. But if the product is out of stock in the German warehouse, we will use the stock in the Chinese warehouse.


We take extra care in verifying every order we receive. This process is one that we strive to accomplish within the timeframe for your order to ship out or be sent over to the manufacturer who drop-ship your order. In certain situations, our order verifying process can delay your order from shipping. Please be sure to include accurate information when you are placing your order so if need be we can contact you at the information listed in an attempt to get your order out the same day (if in stock within our warehouse).

If you are not sure whether the product you purchased is suitable for your motorcycle, you can contact us before or after placing an order to confirm the compatibility.

[Missing Packages]

If you feel your package has been misdelivered, you can contact our customer service team and we will coordinate with the package handling service to initiate a package loss investigation and re-deliver.

If the package handling service cannot find the package or it is lost during transportation, we will initiate a package loss investigation with the logistics provider. We will make a claim to the logistics provider, and at the same time, we will negotiate with you and re-ship it for you. In order to reduce your waiting time.

If the logistics provider provides proof that the package has been delivered to the correct address, the solution will be decided by Mactions and the buyer through negotiation. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund based on the results of the package loss investigation.
